1. Fill out the Entry Form completely and make a copy for your records.
2. A maximum of three entries are allowed with $25 application fee. Each additional submission is $5.
3. Entries should be mailed to: Evolving Art Gallery 215 15th St. 94103. Entries can also be delivered in person during regular business hours.
4. Payment of $25+ extras : check or money order made payable to Evolving Art Gallery
6. Your application must be received by May 26th, 2008.

Notification
Notification: Jury results will be sent of June9th, 2008 by email (or by regular mail, only if you do not have an email address.)
SASE: If you do not have an e-mail address and wish to have your notification mailed, include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with sufficient postage for the return of your notification.
Delivery
Artists are responsible for delivering work on June11 and June 14 th, 2008. Opening reception is June 21th 2008 Artists are expected to attend opening reception. Solo show period will be June 16th July 5th 2008
Insurance and Liability
Artists are responsible for transportation and insurance of accepted work to and from the exhibition. The Evolving Art Gallery assumes no responsibility for damage or loss while work is in transit. Work will be insured while on display at The Evolving Art Gallery.
Sales
Artists will determine the retail (selling) price of each piece on the application (keeping in mind that EAG will receive a 50% commission if work is sold). If the piece is Not for Sale (NFS), you will be asked to a list a dollar value for insurance purposes on the entry form.
